Great product. Buying more pieces for my Christmas village. Lots of variety. Looks just like the ones my mom made when I was little.
There was NO forewarning that I would be charged duty taxes upon arrival. I have NEVER dealt with a company that does not clearly state if these fees are not accounted for in the purchase and handling prices.
If I could go back in time and NOT do business with them, I would; as it is, they will never get any business from me again.
When I emailed them to complain, the response I got back actually told me that I should have known there would be duties and that they had to pay out of pocket because they didn't charge me enough for shipping.
Could I give zero stars, I would.
